Pattern
To make a perfect edge on the scarf, slip the first stitch of each row (pass it from one needle to the other without knitting).
The pattern is made up of a single row. Repeat this row until the scarf is 62 long or your desired length.
Cast on 25 stitches.
Row 1: (Knit 5, Purl 5) x 2, Knit 5. (25)
Cast off
Pattern Notes
This pattern can be modified for different yarns weight, and you can change the width and length. But for that, you have to change the number of stitches.
To change the number of stitches cast on, multiply as follows:
- 5 stitches lane:
(10 x any number) + 5 = number of sts to cast on
For example: (10 x 4) + 5 = 45 - 3 stitches lane:
(6 x any number) + 3 = number of sts to cast on
For example: (6 x 10) + 3 = 63
